    thanks for this great plugin!

    Here are just a few findings:

    1. Sometimes, when opening a folder, just the first 50 files are shown.
    Switching back and forth between grid and list mode will show all files,

    2. Behind your plugin, it seems that the engine of elFinder is working, which is fine.
    However, you are using version 2.1.46, while elFinder‘s latest stable release is 2.1.57.
    This would all be ok, if there wasn‘t the following warning:
    WARNING: IF YOU HAVE OLDER (IN PARTICULAR 2.1.48 OR EARLIER) VERSIONS OF ELFINDER ON PUBLIC SERVERS, IT MAY CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO YOUR SERVER AND VISITED USER. YOU SHOULD UPDATE TO THE LATEST VERSION OR REMOVE IT FROM THE SERVER.

    Could you please indicate the associated risk?
