A few questions – user privilages – individual functions

  • Hello,
    I’ve installed WordPress and it’s running. I wanted to ask a few questions,

    1. How can I set user privilages for individual categories? Fox example, if I want to be able to updated/edit/post in one category only by myself and no one esle can comment or post.

    2. Where can I find the individual functions, like the Blog name so that I can edit them?

    Thanks and sorry I didn’t search, it would have taken too long, I suppose.
