A few questions please

Can you specify exactly which settings (by their names) so I can take a look?

Actually submitted posts are displayed by your theme just like regular WP Posts; there isn’t anything in the plugin that changes that, but you can modify your theme template however is desired.

Form fields – username – display and required – missing from the form on the webpage where I have the shortcode placed.

I tried disabling all other plugins but sill didn’t appear.

Registered Username
Use the registered username as the post author. This should be enabled only when requiring log-in for submissions.

User Profile URL
Use the registered user’s Profile URL as the post URL. This should be enabled only when requiring log-in for submissions.

I require login for submission and have both of these enabled but they don’t appear in the form or in the submission post.

For the username, it will only display when “Registered Username” option is unchecked. Please uncheck/disable that setting and refresh the form page. The Name field should now be displayed.
