A few questions before buying

I’ll try to answer your questions:

Q: Does this plugin support custom info-windows? By custom I mean i.e. showing data on the left corner of the map or somewhere outside of the map without attaching to the marker?

A: The infowindows are associated to the markers, and are shown clicking the pins on the map (only the legend is displayed outside the map, the list of taxonomies for filtering the markers on the map). However, if you have inserted a map on a page with multiple entries and you move the mouse hover the pins, the corresponding entries (the posts/pages where the markers were defined would be highlighted)

Q: Is it possible to create categories and assign styling for category elements. So let’s say all the polygons in the category “ice cream” would be yellow with black border?

A: Not really. The polygons are associated to the map, and not to specific categories. The categories are assigned to posts and allow grouping the markers defined in the posts, they are not assigned directly to the markers (actually, the plugin is not limited only to categories, you can use anyone taxonomy defined on your website)

Q: Is it possible to add multiple custom data fields, like date of creation, images, videos, additional text?

A: Into the markers’ descriptions you can enter the text you want, but they are not custom fields, simply the text of description.
