Is there a way to remove the Questions title? or at the very least change it..for example

1 points”Seems super redundant. I’d like to remove the 1.Question, 2. Question etc.
Is there a way to change from check boxes to yes no buttons that automatically display a yes or no answer so users don’t have to check a box then click “check”?
Lastly, is there a way to change the text of correct or incorrect on submission? My quiz is on early pregnancy signs, a yes or no result isn’t necessary correct or incorrect, more is or is not a sign.
