A few questions

  • Hi there.
    We decided to use your plugin for our website. Finally a plugin which meets exactly our requirements.

    I have a few questions…

    1: We are using Check as payment method because a few things need to be approved before the member gets activated with a higher user level.
    Is it possible that we can manually approve the user?
    At the moment, once the member clicks on ‘pay’ he is automatically approved and is a full member.
    How can we avoid this?

    2: We would like that a few pages are not visible to visitors and we did the setup in the ‘Pages Menu’.
    Unfortunately the pages are still visible?
    Another page is not visible at all even we ticked ‘Membership Status’ in the options.

    Please help asap!

    1. At the moment, there is no way to do this without customization of the plugin. However, you can control users’ membership levels in the Edit Users page in the WordPress dashboard.

    2. To protect content from non-members, just use the “Require Membership” panel on the Edit Page screen, located under the Publish/Update button.
