A few questions

What a great plugin you have here, it nearly does everything needed. I am thinking about buying the front-end add-on but I have a few questions first.

Is the front-end just a simple shortcode that display an identical view of the backend? Or is it a seperate view?

We are thinking about changing the default tabbed design to a more clearer overview of everything. I was looking at the source and it seems like the components are based on a similar idea like shortcodes. This thus shouldn’t be too difficult.. am I right in this observation?
– Thus for example we will be creating a page which shows all milestones, task, and a list of activities.
We want to stick with your conventions, so that if it actually looks good / adds a surplus we can share it back to you and the rest of the community without issues.

I was reading online and somewhere I read that the back-end and front-end are not synced. Thus a project created on the front-end is not shown up on the back-end, and visa versa.. is this true?

We will want everyone (logged-in) to be able to create projects, not only admins. Looking at the code it seems like we can just lower the authentication requirement. Will this cause any other issues that you are aware off?
