A few problems – uploader, sliders, updated

  • My dashboard keeps saying I need to update, but when checked, it says I am running the current program.

    The uploader keeps giving me this error:

    Are you sure you want to do this?
    Please try again.

    And the sliders are no where to be found for the front page.

    Anyone?

    Oh! And I re-install and it stil says I need the update.
    Done it 3 times now.

    Please advise on all of the above.
