    Hi,

I am loving this plugin but it has a few issues when using a shop with the DIVI shop module:

    1. the usual filter sorting (by price, newest, etc.) is simply gone when activating the filter on the page

    2. when I try to access “checked” categories via a menu link (f.e. Woman or Man) the pagination isn’t working anymore. when I uncheck the item and check it again pagination works again. No idea what’s causing the issue.

    Here is an example:
    https://steel2silver.com/shop/?id=kategorie&wpf=1&wpf_cols=4&kategorie=01woman,05ketten

    3. An option to reset would be perfect (especially when using prices)

    4. An option to make the toggle closed on mobile and open on desktop would be nice …

1 & 2) It is a known bug. We will fix it.

    3) This has been logged and we will add it.

    4) We will consider this option. Thanks for the suggestion.

    Cool, thanks ??

    Another few issues I found:

    1. when I change categories it changes the style settings done by DIVI (f.e. the price isn’t bold anymore). When i reload the page it shows the bold price in a bold font again

    2. The arrows on the pagination don’t work … just the numbers.

Hi, I do have the same 1. issue.

When I apply the filter, the text from the product title lost his bold and color options.

About the mismatch styling issue, will forward to our developer to check.

Any update on these issues? The sorting with divi seems to be all over the place. The results are not always the same.

the only fix to the plugin returning divi shop settings to default is to syle the divi shop with additional css codes. These allows it to override the filter settings which are overriding your divi styling. It worked for me.

Hopefully they fix the issues so I won’t have to keep styling. Very helpful plugin tho.

The mismatch styling should be resolved. About the Divi product sorting, it is very tricky. If you match your WooCommerce settings on Customize with your Divi shop, it should be fine.

    Hi,

any date regarding the update? When can we expect a new version with the corrections? Our customers are getting more and more impatient and push us to search for an alternative. Can you specify a date/roadmap?

    Thanks

@antduj Which issue are you referring? The mismatch css issue has been released a while ago. If you are encounter another issue, could you provide the URL and a screenshot? We can check it.

Ok, we totally missed the update ?? Now things are working like they should ??
    Thanks a lot!

    Last question:

Is there a possibility to use the filtered results to implement a “next product”, “previous product” on the single product page so that we get right products.

    Example:
    1. On our site https://steel2silver.com/shop/ we can filter the categories.
    2. You choose “Man” and “Ohrringe” and click on the first result “Ohrringe Skull”
    3. Can I configure this single product page in that way that
    https://steel2silver.com/shop/06ohrringe/ohrring-skull-5/
the “next article” button so that it displays the the next filtered product right (even if I chose 2 categories)?

    Hope I explained it right.

Unfortunately, we don’t have that feature.
