    Hey there,

    So still love the plugin but a few issues i never got a chance to mention to you:

    1) If i set it up to not use a coupon, when items are added to card, the plugin won’t work as a message pops up stating “coupon is not valid”

    2) The deal is listed as Buy, Get Free. Instead of Buy One Get One Free Or Buy 1 Get 1 Free.

    3) If i set the Quantity limit per order to 4, and add 4 items to the order, it states “limit 4 sales discounted items per order.

    Hope you can resolve this issues. Thanks

    P.S. I’ve got your PW Bogo plugin and that one works perfectly.

    Thanks, here’s an example of #2. Not sure if you just meant it to say it that way but it just looked odd.

    Edit: Not sure if the link will show so i’ll send a screenshot also to email.

    Hi Sam, thank you for the additional screenshots.

    We just released v1.17 which includes fixes for the items you reported. To get the update:

    1. Log into your WordPress Admin area.
    2. Click on Plugins -> Installed plugins.
    3. Scroll down to “Black Friday and Cyber Monday for WooCommerce” and click “Check for updates.”
    4. The page will refresh, then scroll back down and click on “Update.”

    After you have v1.17 let me know if you have any other issues!

    Thanks for the great support. So i upgraded and tested it and:

    All the other issues seem resolved, the only thing not working is the “Quantity limit per order”, i set it to 3 and even if i add 20 products, nothing happen.

    Hi Sam,

    To clarify, the number will limit the number of times a BOGO item is free. It won’t stop them from adding 20 items to the cart, however if you look at the discount it should just be for 3 products.

    For the other discount types (percentage and fixed discounts), the limit will prevent adding more than X products to the cart.

    Hope this helps, if you are still seeing the discount being for more than the 3 products let me know!

    Ah ok. Thanks again. Will test it fully this weekend and let you know if anything comes up.

    Sorry for bugging you again, but an issue with the countdown notice on mobile. It is covering the top bar on the the theme we are using. (Flatsome) And because we have a sticky header it sticks with it and is covering the header.
    I’ll send screen shots if required.
    It wasn’t quite right on desktop but i played with the css and got it ok but can’t get it on mobile.

    Thanks

    Hi Sam, will try this with the Flatsome theme to see what we can do.

    Hi Sam,

    To move the banner down, first find out how many pixels your top bar is and you can add the following code to your CSS:

    #pwbf-countdown {
        top: 32px !important;
    }

    Let me know how that goes!

    Hey Guys,

    Just wondering, i just created a deal with the 10% off and on the Flatsome theme a bubble gets added to the images to show the discount percentage. But instead of 10% it is showing 100%. Is this a theme thing or plugin? The actual discount is correct in price.

    Thanks

    Hi Sam, I did a quick test with our Flatsome instance and it just says “Sale!” in the bubble, not the specific amount.

    Are you using custom code to display the amount? After a quick google search I found a blog post detailing how to show the percentage. It sounds like this is what will need to be tweaked to fix the percentage display.

    (@sam69)

    Hi, No if you go to product catalog settings and sroll down, you can change from sale bubble to showing the percentage. I’ve changed it to sale for now but percentage would be better.

    Thanks

    Also, i name the sale Flash Sale and now on the products, it shows: Flash Sale Sale Price
    Which looks odd.

    Also can you check on your test site, does the sale countdown cover your admin tab? the one that shows when for example you are on a product and if signed in, can click on edit product.
