Is there a faster way to add Global FAQs to all products?

For example, It would be better if we can mark some of the FAQs as Global, or have them added to a Global category so that they would show automatically on all products with a few clicks rather than having to edit each product manually!

Currently, I see that in order to add global FAQs with your plugin, we have to edit each product and select the FAQs that we want to add from the drop-down menu.

This is ok if for those who have a few products in their store, but we have hundreds of products so it is not practical having to edit every single product just to add global FAQs!

I hope you will consider implementing an easier way for adding global FAQs.

Other than that, it’s a great plugin. Thank you for your great work.

    Hello Andrew,

Thanks for your opinion. We really appreciate it. Actually we do have the plan to add Global FAQS feature addition in our plugin. If you check previous tickets you will have seen that the feature request is not new.

We definately will add the Global FAQs feature in our plugin. But it won’t be with the freemium version actually. We are going to add the version very soon in next 2 weeks.

If you have any other feature request to add with our free version, you can drop here. We will try to add this. Hope you are going to get the Global FAQs feature very soon.

    Thanks

Great! I’m checking the Pro version now. Thank you for implementing this feature!

    Another feature request:

Can we assign Global FAQs based on the products category, brand, or tag?

For example, we want to assign Global FAQs 1 & 2 only to the products under the Fitness category and assign Global FAQs 3 & 4 only to the products under the Food category, and so on.

It would really help if you can add conditions for displaying those global FAQs by category, tag, or brand! It would give us more control over where they should appear, as some FAQs are relevant to display on some products but not all.

    One more feature request:

Adding an option to allow people to ask their own questions on product pages. Then the site Admin gets an email notification to answer this question. You may also allow other customers/users to answer this question.

Something similar to Amazon, where people can submit their questions, and admins or other customers can submit their answers.

I’ll definitely consider your Pro version. Thank you again.

Thanks for the features request. We defenately have these two plan in our queue. As we always try to give the high priority on User Expreience, we try to make the plugin very easy to use for the users.

Global FAQs for Categories and Tags:

If we go for the conditional Global FAQs feature right now, we need to make a builder panel. We assume that many user may be confuse on how to use and set them.

If you come to the extendable version of the plugin, we can do one thing. We can add a category searchbox and a tag searchbox and give the ability to choose which behave user want to enable. These can be very easy for the users to set Categories and Tags for the Global FAQs. For the brand, we need to set some plugin compatibility, so let’s do it later.

Now let’s see how we build current Global FAQs feature in this tutorial.

    Ask Question Panel:

We will add the future to the version, we are analyzing how we can make this feature more flexible and standard and easy for the users. To add this we may take 2 month overall, but we will defenately add this one.

Hope you will be with us.

    Thanks
