Hi, I get this error message on the backup:
0163.751 (0) An error condition occurred for the first time during this job
how can i solve this because i really don’t know what the error is.
it is really important that the backup goes well because I have to test the site with the new version PHP7.3.
hope i can send the logfile to you.

    another question is:
can I see which dropbox email account the backup is linked to?

    another question is:
if I keep multiple backup sessions, will this session also remain on the server room?

    with kind regards
    Renate

    wordpress WordPress 5.2.2
    updraftplus Version 1.16.15
how can i send you the logfile?

    Hi,

To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the backup log?
You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.
You can send the log file as an attachment or copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ )

You should be able to see in the UpdraftPlus Dropbox Settings the Dropbox account name that it is connected to.

You can set UpdraftPlus as to how many backups you want to retain. It can be set in the UpdraftPlus “Settings” tab.

    Best Wishes,
    Bryle

    Hi,

The log shows “0161.430 (0) Dropbox: exception (Dropbox_BadRequestException) occurred whilst getting account info: Error in call to API function “users/get_space_usage”: request body: expected null, got value”

Can you try to re-authenticate your Dropbox storage please?

Do you also have any caching or security plugin installed? If so, please temporarily deactivate it first before re-authenticating as it is know to cause conflict with UpdraftPlus.

    Kind Regards,
    Bryle

    Hi Bryle,
what I did is change the setting from monthly to 2 weekly and the number placed on 6 session instead of 2 and the changes saved. The program didn’t ask me to perform authorization again. Then I made the backup after which the error message came.

I’m going to re-authorize again and then see what happens.

I will come back to this.
    Greetings

    Hi bryle,
I have done the re-authorization and stopped the cache plugin.
then made the backup again with result: complete.
    thanks for your help,
