A easy way to get my WordPress theme from local server Mamp to webserver with Mac

  • I have now add wordpress on my local server with mamp and made a lot of work there with your theme and now I would like to add wordpress theme to my webhotel/webserver. How to do? (I use mac)

    Do you know some videos?
