A dynamic graphic representation of no. of posts

Hello,

I would like to make an animated graphic to represent the number of posts for a certain tag.

This bit I can figure out, how to get the number of posts etc, but does anyone know of a plugin or perhaps CSS3 Jquery method to express the data as a dynamic graphic/slider/progress bar?

For example, say I had 6 posts for a tag ‘bikes’, I would like to output that number in an animated bar that would expand to a position and show the number 6. (I hope that makes sense) Almost like a loading progess bar.

I have seen this as an example and this would be the ultimate, if I could figure out how to do something like it.
