    “An installer file(s) was found in the WordPress root directory. To archive your data correctly please remove any of these files and try creating your package again.
    Installer file names include

    • /home/nirelohu/www/trawellplan.com/dup-installer
    • /home/nirelohu/www/trawellplan.com/20230828_030020_weekly_trawellplan_b334ae5456e2b1464406_20230828020020_installer-backup.php” – This error message coming for duplicator pro. What is the issue? How can i solve this?

    Hi @thevappriya,

    In order to be able to start eh backup creation, please remove the files and directories mentioned in the error you got:
    /home/nirelohu/www/trawellplan.com/dup-installer
    /home/nirelohu/www/trawellplan.com/20230828_030020_weekly_trawellplan_b334ae5456e2b1464406_20230828020020_installer-backup.php”

    After removing these files, please try to create the backup again.
