Sorry it took a few days to get back to you..
We tested your page and tried to duplicate the issue on our side. Initially we thought the the issue might be caused by the language characters but when we copied the labels from your site to our local test environment and we still didn’t have this issue.
Can you check if that specific Contact Form 7 that you use doesn’t have broken tags?
That is the error message that is generated on your page.

First, it’s probably because of the form of CF7
It has happened a few times after I mess with settings of “E-mail before download” then it give me error!!!
but, after I changed it to new form of CF7 then everything is fine

What is the reason? Why its happening?
