A display condition does not work

  • Hi,
    I created a second menu with Premium Addons and inserted some conditions via Elementor. Despite having entered the correct viewing conditions, in the category pages (not of WP, but of another plugin) I see the first menu. I tried to set different conditions, but I can’t and I don’t know if I’m the one making a mistake, or if it’s the plugin that has problems. As you can see from THIS screenshot, I have marked the condition that should make the second menu appear on THIS page.
    I have 9 categories in which the second menu should appear.
    Do you have advice?

    I was reading your previous conversation, and I understand it. In this case, be aware that the Display Conditions is an Elementor Pro feature.
    Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com

    HI,
    thanks for the assistance. My Elementor Pro does not have the active license, but as you can see HERE, I have access to the display conditions and can set them. Some conditions work correctly, while others do not.
    If I set the conditions as you can see HERE, the second menu is displayed on the category pages, but it is assigned to all categories, even those of WP, so I can’t use it.
    If I set them THIS way instead, it should work, but unfortunately it doesn’t. In this last screenshot you can see the plugin categories.
    Also, I created this menu after my license expired. If, as you say, the conditions are part of the PRO version, how come I can set them?
