A Disaster

  • I used the simple version originally and it worked but could not put on an intake form, which I needed so I upgraded to the Paid version. That is when all the trouble started. Even though I totally removed the simple version, the paid version NEVER worked. I sent several emails to the “support” and all he told me (after putting me off) was to uninstall and reinstall and trash everything in between which I did several times. In addition, it turned out that the paid version did not have a form as I was told. I would stay away from this one. I would give it a half start if I could.

    Dear customer,
    If your installtion does not work, How can you expect the plugin to work. Now it works for thousands of other clints i have. I can only say if you give me an admin acces i can have a look.

    Secndly, the intake form you refering is a customisation that i dont ship with the base product. AND I WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO GIVE U FOR FREE. These forms are specific for each client, thats why it is an add on.

    BTW: WORDPRESS PLUGINS ARE TRICKY , SOMETIMES IT DOES NOT WORK FOR MANY REASON. IF YOU START WRITING BAD REVIEW FOR THIS, IT IS JUST SAD. I Have 2000 live clients for my plugin, if i ask them to write good review, this page will crash.

    I asked for assistance on the FREE version and didn’t receive much by way of a viable response. Definitely not upgrading if this is how I’m treated while testing the plug-in’s basic functionality.

    SIDEBAR: I have to admit that the plug-in does have great potential. I’m just not sure why the PayPal integration isn’t working. Installation was very easy, soooooooooo…
