A Customer would like to remove their review

Hello,

A customer has left a review before contacting us and having the issue resolved quickly. They would like to remove their 1-Star review as they acknowledge they left it erroneously without first contacting our customer service.

How can a customer remove their review? Or is it possible for the admin to remove a review?

I understand we can remove the reviews shown on Woocommerce product page, however, we are trying to remove it from our cusrev.com profile.
