Customizer Broken

Whenever I try to customize the theme settings in Neve, I get the following error message:

There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

I don’t get an email at my admin mailbox. I can’t access these settings from within the page builder either (same error message from the handy links area). I use Elementor Pro with Neve theme. I’ve tried troubleshooting with plugins and default themes to isolate the issue but no luck.
