a created page in the dashboard doesn't show up

Pages:
– You need to create a page from wp-admin->Pages and assign your template as the “Template”. Until you do that, WordPress won’t know where to find the “page” or won’t know what to do with the request.
– while creating/editing pages in the Admin area, under “Page Attributes” in the right panel you select a template. make sure all templates have a call for the footer.

Thanks for responding to my plea. I answered you yesterday by email, but I’m sure it didn’t get to you. It’s been a couple of years since I made a WP website and a lot has changed.

I finally got my page to show up by changing the template to “default” from “business.” The tutorial I have been following recommended we use business for all all our templates. I haven’t gotten to the place where he explains his preference for the business template. Is the issue resolved? sort of.
