    Hi,
I would like to use your plugin. I have two questions:

    – I am using several expandable items with hidden lists. I am experiencing unwanted spacing above the lists as well as some odd bouncing of the hidden content (the bouncing does not happen in the first expandable list, only in the following ones). You can see it here

    – I read that Collapseomatic is SEO-friendly. so that means the hidden content is visible to search engines?

Thank you very much for your help!

    unwanted spacing above the lists

Unwanted spacing is either due to CSS rules or the way the shortcode is used. There are a number of support threads that explain how to manage the spacing issue. but best would be to provide more details. for example: what exactly is not spaced correct, how exactly are you using the shortcode. Are you entering the shortcode in a visual composer, if so what kind of element is being used. is there unwanted formatting from copy/pasting while in visual mode, etc.

odd bouncing of the hidden content

Bouncing? Do you mean Flashing? as in the hidden content is shortly displayed while the page is loading and once the page is fully loaded it quickly disappears? We do see any bouncing on your site.

UPDATE: We now see that some text are expand elements, however you have removed the cursor: pointer so it was not clear. You will want to absolutely add back the cursor: pointer CSS so that it will work on mobile devices.

The ‘snap’ once the plugin expands is happening because there is extra p tags being added to the content. This is most likely because there is a hard return between the shortcode and the first line of content. If you would like, please contact us at the address provided with a link back to this thread and we can take a closer look at how you have things set up. It is absolutely an easy fix.

I read that Collapseomatic is SEO-friendly. so that means the hidden content is visible to search engines?

Yes. the collapsed content is indexable by search engines. The plugin does not invite search engines to tea or make crawling spiders and indexing bots a hot beverage when they are sick… or whatever else one might take SEO-Friendly to mean.
