A couple of minor problems in the last update

    So I updated to the latest version and noticed 2 minor problems hopefully they get fixed in the next update .

    1 – with the new design for simple pagination , The page I’m on is highlighted by being displayed in a bigger size , its all good if its displayed at the bottom of the gallery /gallery group but if displayed at the top , the images overlap it and a small part of it is under the images.

    2- a more annoying small bug that started to happen with the new update .. when any gallery/gallery group starts loading the thumbnails we get the loading script/animation till all images are loaded than it stops and we get all the images .. now it works fine loading gallery groups but loading galleries the script stops the loading animation and displays and empty gallery for a few seconds than it shows the images.. that of course happens when loading the gallery for the first time because after that it loads much faster that the small bug is not noticeable.

    I actually had to Rollback to Version 1.5.70 because of that specific annoying issue .
    Maybe I can try to explain more when it exactly happens , it doesn’t affect normal galleries.

    It happens when loading a gallery in a gallery group , what normally happens when you click on a gallery in a gallery group is that you get the loading animation and once its done loading all the images ,all pics show up. but what started to happen is that the loading animation would finish loading than for a few seconds you just get an empty gallery with only the pagination showing than the images pop up . and that only happens when loading a gallery for the first time so nothing is cached , but loading it again its not noticeable because the images load much faster.

    I just updated to the new version and the second problem is still there …
    if I load a gallery inside a gallery group after the loading animation stops I get an empty gallery and than the pics load …Version 1.5.70 is the last version were it worked properly and loaded instantly after the loading animation ..

    I even tried it on a friends website and yes the same problem happens and on his site the pagination is completely messed up , I assume its a CSS conflict with his theme …and I did revert to Version 1.5.70 and everything worked fine again on both sites .

    it shows the loading animation than opens up an empty gallery for a couple of seconds sometimes more (depending on the number /size of images and server speed) with only the pagination showing than it loads the images .

    and the screenshot shows how the pagination is completely messed up on my friends site , but it doesn’t happen on my side (so I assume its a conflict with his theme ) .. although when I reverted back to version 1.5.70 it didn’t only fix the loading pics issue but the pagination showed fine with no problems .

    I updated to the latest version and still no fix … I’ll try my best with screenshots to show what happens when using version 1.5.70 which is how it supposed to function versus any version after that (Theme used is Typecore) … hopefully that can help the devs to track the problem.

    version 1.5.70 (Typecore theme) :

    when I load gallery inside a gallery group I get the loading animation like this

    so no problems at all and the pagination works fine .

    and as you see not only there is a really annoying delay before the pics load .. the pagination is completely messed up on this theme .

    Hopefully there will be a fix to those issues in the next update because I was forced to revert to the old version.

    Just updated to latest version and still no fix … are the devs checking older posts or should I create a new post with the problem?

    Ok , sent them the problem … hopefully they can track down the issue and fix it soon. I really like to have everything up to date but now I’m forced to stay on an older version of the plugin.
