A couple of issues in WP 4.2.4

    I get this error coming up in debug:

    Strict Standards: Only variables should be passed by reference in /srv/www/newshamprimary/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/advanced-page-manager/lib/nodes_data.php on line 358

    And when using the UI: If I hit the done button then then view returns to a blank admin screen from which I have to press back on pages to show the page/tree list. Would be much nicer if this did not happen, and just took me back to page tree upon hitting done!
