A couple of CSS issues that I can’t find a solution to

Hey I have a couple of CSS issues that I can’t find a solution to

1. Is there any way to keep the menu in the RTL version just like it is on the LTR version (the logo on the left and the links on the right)

2. I have landing pages one the site and I can’t find the way to remove the white spaces above and below the pages you can see that here:
