A couple of bugs and a couple of requests
-
Hi again!
Bugs:
1. Users can still pickup past shifts even though I’ve updated to 4.3.3.2. When a WordPress user who is a Shift Controller administrator but doesn’t have a linked employee in shift controller is in the my shifts view they still see a “+” sign but when they click it it just says choose the date but no shifts are displayed.
3. When WordPress admin that doesn’t have a linked employee in shift controller clicks on the + sign in the month view he gets “Warning: Illegal offset type in isset or empty in /home/mysite/mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/shiftcontroller/sh4/new/view/calendar.php on line 91” above the choose shift squares. But it works fine in the week view.”
And some requests ??
4. An option to mail everyone in the specific calendar on adding a new draft/published open shift. This is perfect for employers that have several part time workers that work hours only so they can be notified immediately when in need.
5. Option to (check box perhaps?) make the shift open for pickup in the same procedure as creating it. This is good if you notify your employees, for example with the help of request nr 4, instantaneously when adding a new open shift and at the same time want the employees to be able to pick it up.
6. A variable in the e-mail templates that returns the direct link to the shift published, for example {LINK}. This would greatly help the users to respond to a new open shift published/drafted.
7. An option in hideui to also hide the “+” in the calendar. This is nice if you want to show the calendar on a wide screen tv for the employees to see live.
Thanks again for a great plugin!
/b
