A cookie set without the `SameSite` attribute

Your plugin works like charm i have no issue on that. I used it on my site https://www.codehaveli.com/ and my client site which help use to load it much faster.

Now The issue:
As optimole is setting a cookie without the SameSite attribute chrome is gibing warning on console.

Please read the google advise and fix this in your next update.
So people freaking with security do not hesitate to come to our site just because of warning on chrome.
