A Constant ID is following the permalink

Hello,
I have a site which I am using permalinks. However, my permalinks look something like this : https://www.banyodekor.net/urun/lithofin-allex-1lt/?v=29b90007cbf9
?v=29b90007cbf9 does not change. It appears at the end of every link on the site.
I couldn’t figure out what the problem is.
Could anybody help?
