• I’m using this plugin for a production site running WPEngine and keep getting a connection error message when the shipping rates stop working. I’ve followed the instructions to “Disable and Enable” the application on the WP site several times but nothing seams to fix the issue. I’ve messaged Easyship with no response. The support for this plugin is horrible. It feels as if the support team at Easyship does not care about supporting their paying customers.

    If anyone has any advice on how I can get this connection issue resolved please let me know. Thanks
