    Hello

The problem arises when I try to see the front of the site while QM is on.

The browser hangs for a few minutes and when it starts to work, I do not see any error messages. WordPress debugging also shows no errors. I checked on different browsers and after logging in as admin, the problem keeps repeating.

By disabling plugins, I was able to determine that a possible conflict is with the CommerceGurus Commercekit plugin. This is one of the main elements of the Shoptimizer theme that I use.

There is no problem on other installations of this theme.

I turned to the creators of the theme, but the only answer was that this conflict is unlikely.
    Can you help me?

    Best wishes

Unless you can narrow this down to a single plugin or theme there’s not much I can help with unfortunately. The only similar issue I’ve seen in the past was a theme which included a custom table sorting plugin in JavaScript which was locking up the browser because it was also trying to sort all the tables in Query Monitor when the page loaded.

    Best of luck.

    Hello,
    thank you for your answer.

I guess I know what the plug is. Just turn off plugin CommerceGurus Commercekit and QM on the front is working.

Is this enough information or should I do something else?

    Hi there,

I was trying out Shoptimizer for one of our sites which had QM installed and faced the same issue. Deactivating QM fixed it, so then I searched around and found this thread. It looks like a conflict between QM and CommerceKit indeed. I have reported this to the CommerceGurus support, and I hope they can make their products compatible with QM.
