A configuration issue prevents CDN from working: You need to select / create a p

  • Hi,
    I installed the Maxcdn. All works well, but I get this error message in my admin: “A configuration issue prevents CDN from working: You need to select / create a pull zone. Specify it here.”.
    When I try to create that pull zone, it says that I have reached the limit.
    I asked Maxcdn, but they say it is a glitch in the W3 Total cache plugin.
    Is that correct? And what can I do?
    I can’t see the Maxcdn reports in my admin now.
