The code on this page, used to implement an increment count on a field, is not working 100%.
The counter works, but occasionally 2 form submissions will have the same count number, for example, I’ll have two submissions with the count 300 and then the next one will be 302, so one of the submissions should’ve been 301 but the code didn’t work properly. It might be cause the 2 form submissions happened roughly at the same time.
Any solution of an updated code that works better? thanks.

  • Hey @diegora,

    We’d be happy to help!

It seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?

From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

    Thanks!

I’m not using the paid version of the plugin and that’s why I’m posting here.
You obviously know the code can be easily applied to a regular field on the “free” version of the plugin, and the field can be hidden with some basic CSS, the “Hidden field” on the pro version is not required for the code to work.
Could you please answer the question?
    Thanks!

    Hey @diegora,

We definitely would like to assist you, however, since the documentation talks about fields that are available only in paid versions, we’re not allowed to discuss those features on www.remarpro.com.

When you have some time, can you please post your query on our contact page, we would be happy to take it forward?

    Kindly,
