a "Choose an Image" doalogue box pops and doesn't close

    When creating a page or writing a blog or clicking at most of the links to change anything in wordpress Dashboard, a “Choose an Image” doalogue box pops and doesn’t close. even if I add the image or click on X. it doesnt do anything.

    It seems like a bug. Please help.
    This issue doesnt appear if I change the theme??

    I am a beginner. and this is a network site. ( i have other network sites also)
