Hi, folks, I′m facing some trouble with to post a carousel of webstories on my site (factual900.com.br). It was working, but suddenly it showed only a single webstory. I use this code, that I’ve got in one of your preview response to someone else. Do you have any idea of what’s going on?

I use Elementor to include the shortcode above in the WordPress.

Hello @nunomura thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the following embed code. When testing on my own site using the same code this seems to work as expected.

Can I ask if this works for you if you simply place the code in as it is rather than doing it via a shortcode on the page?

You could also try switching to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty temporarily to see if that makes any difference.

If you are still facing issues after these steps then please could you share your Site Health Information using this private form and I’ll take a look to see if I can spot anything that could be contributing to this.

Hi, tks for the answer. Just to answer a previous question, I’ve tried to switch to Twenty Twenty theme, but it ain’t work at all, as you can see here.

Hi @nunomura we have just released version 1.27.0 of the Web Stories plugin. Could you please update to the latest version and let me know if your issues are now resolved?
