A bunch of feature requests

  • Here are some obvious things that are missing from this plugin:
    – settings for sending an email with bank details to the customer;
    – settings for bank details to be displayed after order confirmation (right after checkout);

    Do you intend on including these at some point in near future or should I fork/adopt your plugin?
