Much Improved

At the time I first used the free version you were only allowed a limited # of uses.
It does mostly work. To be honest it just creates PDF’s with cert.#’s
The purchaser can then email to the recipient or print and postal mail.

To Update this they have changed that, and still as before it does work well.
