    Hi,

I’m using MailChimp to my mail campaigns and so far it works very nice.

Nevertheless I’m facing and issue related with properly showing ALL the completed campaigns in the archive page:

The last two mail campaigns I’ve done were using A/B campaigns with the Variable tested being Send time and these are NOT appearing in Archives Page.

I`ve created a folder where all my completed campaigns are located (including the A/B campaigns) but those ones (A/B) are the only ones not being showed.

I`ve seen in the Mail Chimp support page that “The winning combination of your A/B test will appear in the public campaign archive for your list, unless you tested send time.”
but I’m not really sure if that has something to do with the issue I’m facing.

Is it normal behaviour for A/B campaigns testing send time to not to show in archives pages? Is there any one experiencing the same issue?

Any hint, clue or help would be greatly appreciated,

    Thanks

Please note we are not affiliated with MailChimp.com. We are a different company “ibericode” that develops plugins such as “MailChimp for WordPress”. I’m sorry to tell you I am not able to help you with this question as it is not related to our plugin. My advice to you is to contact MailChimp.com as they would be the best people to answer any query related to your MailChimp.com account.

You can contact MailChimp.com trough https://mailchimp.com/contact/support/

I hope that helps. If you have any queries specific to our plugin please let us know!
