[_post_title] not showing in Email

Hey there,
I’ve just noticed that probably after one of the last wordpress updates sending the “[_post_title]” in my subject field doesn’t work anymore.

I’ve seen this on several sites where I used this feature and it’s a shame it doesn’t work anymore.

Can somebody help me out here? I’ve basically changed nothing – it just stopped working.
