_load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly

With the latest wordpress version (6.7.0) the _load_textdomain_just_in_time function is throwing an error due to it being called incorrectly

Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called?incorrectly. Translation loading for the?redirect-redirection?domain was triggered too early.
