    I see that my site loads the _gcl_au cookie even when the visitor hasn’t accepted the banner. How can this be fixed?

    Thanks for reaching out, and my apologies for the delayed response, as we’re currently handling a backlog of tickets.

    I checked your site, and it seems that Complianz is no longer installed. In cases like this, a specific cookie may be pushed by another plugin or possibly by the theme if it has tracking capabilities. Unfortunately, I’m unable to continue troubleshooting without being able to investigate further.
