Rights for Authors (page editing)

Hi,

I would like to let my authors edit their own pages… So I created some new pages in the admin area, but I cant let anyone edit it. As far as I can see they need to be administrator to do that. I dont want that.

How can I change the rights for authors or just for a single user so that he can edit his own page?

Is there a plugin for this?

It would be really nice if you could help me!
