    Hi,

96 is appearing when sending a mail with FluentCRM. It’s not visible on test mail, but it appears when mails are sent at the final stage by FluentCRM.

This issue has already been covered before (there) but still persist. I’ve tried many configurations and the only one that work for now is WP HTML Mail activated for FluentCRM and raw html in FluentCRM, but this is not very convenient.

    Thanks for the support ??

    Hello @verenlord,

I will check if I can recreate the issue. Please be so kind and explain in details which e-mails are triggered by your system.

    Best regards

    Hi Julian,

    Thanks for your reply.

I’ve done lots of testing and there is a clear pattern for me now. Every mail send in direct from FluentCRM, during the testing phase, respect the settings in WP HTML Mail for FluentCRM (template on/off – Header – Footer on/off).

When I start to send out mail from a FluentCRM campaign as a cronjob task, then, none of the settings in WP HTML Mail for FluentCRM are respected and html template is always added to the mail. It’s also in this case where “96” appears or some html tag like “<!– … –>”.

The only workaround I’ve found for know is to set in FluentCRM format to raw html and let WP HTML Mail add styling, header, footer.

I can provide html example and also screenshot if needed.

    Regards

    Hi Julian,

I can confirm that the problem is now solved when emails are sent by cron and all WP HTML Mail settings are respected.

The “96” has disappeared. The only remaining problem is when the WP HTML Mail template is used with FluentCRM emails using their visual composer. There are still a few “<!–” in the e-mail. These tags don’t appear with other FluentCRM html e-mail construction options, only with FluentCRM visual composer.

It’s not a big deal, but it might be something to know.

    Thank you very much,

    Bastien

    Hello @verenlord,

Thank you for the feedback, I am happy the issue is resolved now.

I will have another look at the visual composer e-mails when time allows it. If there are any further issues, please let me know.

    Best regards
    Julian
