Creating INDEX on mysql database for WordPress?

    I am having major problems with WordPress on loads on the server. It is happening to multiple blogs I host on different servers with different server configs. I already have wp-cache installed, but it’s only helping moderately.

    So, I now want to create an index in mysql to speed things up and decrease stress on the CPU. Does anyone have any suggestions on what columns and tables are most important to index? I guess wp_posts is important, right? Any other thoughts on this?
