90% New Contacts Not Updated on Hubspot

  • Hi,

    I have a Forminator form on WordPress, whenever there is a new sign up, it will add on Hubspot list (Masterclass_202411), and Google Sheet, already integrated Forminator with Hubspot and Google Sheet. I had done that for October (Masterclass_202410), everything is working alright.

    I also have another list (Combined All Lists) where the criteria is whenever there is a new contact, it’ll be added into that list.

    However, for November, I have total of 20 sign ups till date (collected from all sources).

    Forminator Report: 18 contacts
    Google Sheet: 18 contacts
    Hubspot – Masterclass_202411 list: 5 contacts
    Hubspot – Combined All Lists: 20 contacts

    I wonder why there are only 5 contacts in the masterclass list, which is not tele with Forminator.
    And why Forminator didn’t capture the 2 contacts which appeared on Hubspot instead.

    I’ve connected the Form with Hubspot using this https://drive.google.com/file/d/1q1mG9ZyLPqfO9-166NSMnBa4IvWx5Ws6/view?usp=share_link. So the form is supposed to link to “Masterclass_202411” List directly.

    I’m curious why the “Combined All Lists” on Hubspot can capture more contacts than “Masterclass_202411”. And how the contact pass through “Masterclass_202411” list (direct link) and captured on “Combined All Lists”. It’s strange.

    I hope you are doing well today.

    When you test your form with different emails and data can you see any kind of error when you try to Submit the form?

    I assume that those missing data come from users who filled out the form and maybe/possibly saw the error and did not notify you about it.

    Can you also let us know does any of those Hubspot field values contain uppercase letters or any special characters?

    Also, please export your form, upload it to Google Drive, and share a link in your next reply so we can check this in our lab. In your next reply let us know your Hubspot field values as well.
