9-digit zip code not formatting properly

  • Hi Guys,

    Nine-digit zip codes don’t seem to be formatting properly. We are getting failed orders with the plugin NS-FBA because Woocommerce is passing 9-digit zipcodes without the dash.

    So a zipcode entered like 973301234 is not automatically being converted to 97330-1234. This is causing Amazon FBA errors.

    Can you please add an input mask to the zipcode field so that it formats 9-digit zip codes properly even if the customer forgets the dash?

  • since you are integrating with a paid plugin, you’ll probably need to contact them for support. You can also write a custom function to format the zipcode as needed.
