    Hi there @bokostiv ??

Thanks for reaching out about this! I understand that the site is not connected to Google account for Google Merchant Center.

How far were you able to go, while following the setup and configuration (direct link to instructions here)?

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.?

Additionally, could you also provide us with the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you’ve copied each, you can either paste them in your response here, or use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

The plugin is connected and configured. Everything works correctly. Products are synced. But the connection to the Google account is constantly lost.

the last fatal error logs is very large, since about 10,000 products were synchronized. Here is part of the processes and subsequent errors

    Hello,

Please head to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads > Settings, go to the bottom of the page, and click on Disconnect from all accounts

Next, set up the extension again and connect to your existing merchant center account. Let us know if that worked for you.

I have done this more than 10 times. Did not help

I have already tried different configurations. Previously, there was a Site Kit by Google plugin, which was also connected (stably, without a single problem) to a Google account. Deleted, I think that a conflict is possible. But no, the problem persists. And it seems that the disconnection is on the side of https://api-vipgo.woocommerce.com/google/google-mc/content/v2.1/654974047/accounts/…..
I think you should look for a problem with you, since there are many such situations, but there are no solutions. And you ask everyone the same quests, but do not give answers.
You don’t know what the problem is?!

    Hello @bokostiv,

The problem could be caused by many reasons. There was an open Github report about a similar problem, but it was closed as you can see here.

As you’ve mentioned this could be a plugin conflict, the best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not comfortable doing all of this on the live version of your site, you can create a staging environment using WP-STAGING.

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.

    Let us know your findings!

    Hi @bokostiv,

We appreciate your patience on this issue. Could you also try the following:

    1) Edit your wp-config.php file and add the following code define( 'WC_GLA_REMOVE_ALL_DATA', true );

    See: how to edit wp-config

    2) Deactivate and delete the Google Listings & Ads plugin

    3) Open the Security tab for your Google account via this link: https://myaccount.google.com/security/

    4) Click on the link “Manage third party access” and then “remove access” for the WooCommerce app.

    5) Go to Plugins > Add new and install the Google Listings & Ads plugin

    6) Go to WP-Admin > Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and reconnect your Google account, making sure to grant all requested permissions

    7) Reconnect your Google/Merchant Center Account.

I believe these steps should resolve the issue you’re seeing. Let us know if you need further assistance.

It looks like your plugin cannot work with two or more stores from the same Google account. Which is not very good.
The problem was solved only by separating stores and transferring them to different Google accounts

    Hello @bokostiv!

At this moment, the plugin can work with one store at the time. — Currently, Google Listings & Ads doesn’t support multi-client Merchant Center accounts, here is more information.

    (@bokostiv)

    @chrism245 Hello.
Perhaps you misunderstood, or I did not put it that way. I have 3 woocommerce stores. Previously, they were in the same Google account and merchant center, and the plugin worked correctly with only one. now i moved them to different google accounts and it worked. This is not multi-client records.

    Hi @bokostiv,

I confirm multiple sites can connect using the same Google account. You’ll be able to create different Merchant Center account for each site.

The challenge with this is that a connection issue on one site can impact other sites. For instance, if there’s an issue with the connection token (e.g it expires or is revoked) all sites connected to the account would be affected.

A good example would be disconnecting the Google Listings & Ads connection on one site or revoking the permission on your Google account, it’d impact the connection on all sites using the Google account.

Moving forward, I’m glad to hear using a different Google account resolved the issue for you. I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.
