    Hello,

    8 out of 10 times when generating the feed it generates an empty XML. The feed is read once everyday, the issue is that because of this the price aggregator disables the feed.

    When trying to generate the feed manually, same thing happens, in most cases the there is just an empty XML.

    I increased the memory, set the max_execution_time to 2400, same issue. There about 1500 products in the store, more to come in the future. I couldn’t find any errors in the log files.

    What could be the cause of this and how can we track what is happening?

    HI @hidegandras ,

    Please ensure that you have the latest version which is 13.3.7, refresh the feed then/and or duplicate/create a new feed and see if it’s still stuck.

    If yes, try lowering the batch sizes and ask your hosting’s support team to restart WP Cron: Batch size configuration product feed – AdTribes

    The default batch is 100, try 50 for starters. Increase/decrease the value depending on outcome.

    Hello Jeff,

    thanks for getting back to me. The plugin is at version 13.3.7. I want to change the batch to 50, as you mentioned, however nothing happens when I press the SAVE button.

    @hidegandras ,

    It’s likely that the server response for it is taking a while for it to actually save, when you click the save button, don’t refresh the page for a minute or two and it should save then.

    You could also open up the browser console’s network tab and see if if the save changes are done loading/complete
