If you use the widget code from the website: trustindex.io with a free plan, you’ll see this message about the expired trial period.

You can use a widget but only if it’s this plugin’s wigdet.

This message about the expired trial period only appears if a widget code form a free package was embedded in the website.

Maybe you’re using multiple widgets in your webite.

Please check with your webdeveloper.
