Top 10 Posts/Views 1.5b (modification – track posts, pages, exclude IPs)

Hi friends i made for my site a combination between two plugins for Top 10 Posts/Views.

I need to have a top10 track only for posts not for pages and to exclude some IPs.

Description: Top 10 Posts/Views – can track posts and pages, exclude IP adresses, limit link titles, works with permalinks, for WordPress 2.x.

You can copy the code and save in top10.php.
Put in plugins directory and activate it.

Test it, im not advanced user and may have some errors.
