  • Could we have a link to your site, please?

And could you tell us which version of WordPress you’re using, and which browser (or browsers) you’re using?

Are you copy/pasting into the wysiwyg editor form some kind of weird wordprocessor?
    I bet you do ??

All paragraph lines in your post content looks something like this:

    <p><font size="2" face="Courier New"><span style="font-size: 10pt">Barry</span></font>

If moshu’s guess is not correct, then are you using any text formatting plugins?

Here’s the thing. I keep trying to change the font via the CSS, but when I look at the code i keep seeing

    <font size=”2″ face=”Courier New”><span style=”font-size: 10pt”>Barry</span></font>

But I can’t find in the theme editor where it has “courier new” in the code. It doesn’t seem to be there and no matter what theme i switch to, the posts always turn up in courier.

You failed to answer to the crucial question, so I am asking it again: are you copy/pasting it from somewhere into the wysiwyg editor?

Nope. In fact, even when I change templates the ugly courier new font stays the same.

If you meant “themes” – they have nothing to do with it.

Are you saying you are typing the posts into the text input area of the admin panel (Write > Write Post) and simply publishing it gives you all these courier font code? Then there is something wrong with your install…

Yes, that is what I am doing. But here’s the thing, I keep trying to find a place that controls the fonts for my site and it seems as though that would be the CSS file. But apparently it isn’t. So I guess my question is, “Where is the area for changing fonts?” Is it in the control panel somewhere? OR is it in one of the theme files?
